Bio
Character: Eiji Kikumaru (or Kikumaru Eiji if you prefer the Eastern surname – given name typing)
Fandom: Prince of Tennis
Brief Synopsis: Born November 28th, 14 year old Eiji Kikumaru is the youngest of five children in the Kikumaru family. His grandparents also live at his house so he tends to have the good influence of his family. Of everyone on the Seigaku tennis team he is the only one that is nearly always referred to by his given name and not his family name.

He’s a very energetic soul and is often seen as the Seigaku regulars’ moral. One half of the Golden Pair, he’s very acrobatic to the point that he’s been compared many times to a cat (it doesn’t hurt that he likes to add the onomatopoeia “nya” to the end of his sentences as well). Having a bit of childish fun, Eiji tends to give people he likes or knows nicknames, much to Echizen Ryouma’s bane since he earned the nickname “ochibi” which means baby or little guy. He’s very friendly and outgoing, trying to help people who need cheering up. He’s also been known to be a fairly decent cook, but hasn’t really been able to show his talent to his fellow regulars.

Though it may not appear it, on the tennis court Eiji is more focused than he appears. The redhead tends to actually enjoy the cheering and attention that the others of Seigaku believe is unnecessary. In fact it actually helps him to focus while playing. Eiji has also been seen as the play maker even though of the “Golden Pair” he is actually just the net player while his partner Ooishi is the one who sets the flow and makes the major calls.
